“Getting The Band Back Together” – These Rangers Fan React As Another Player Is Linked With QPR

|

With new Queens Park Rangers manager Mark Warburton already tapping into his Rangers knowledge to bring in goalkeeper Liam Kelly and Lee Wallace so far this summer, over the weekend we were being linked with a potential move for another Ibrox based player – Jason Holt.

The 26-year-old midfielder came through Heart of Midlothian’s youth ranks and first travelled to England for a loan spell with Sheffield United in the second half of the 2014/15 campaign. In the summer of 2015 he made the move to Rangers and even though it seems he had a mixed spell with them, he did still make well over 100 appearances for them, returning 15 goals.

Last season he spent the year with Fleetwood Town, scoring twice in 36 appearances.

According to the Scottish Sun, Holt has been told to find himself a new club this summer as Steven Gerrard looks to shuffle the group up and naturally they have made a link with us.

I know little about the lad, but if the reaction of Rangers fans is anything to go off, this might be pushing the Rangers boat one signing too far. Then again, others seem to have been happy with his service in former years, so who knows.
